Many homes are 2-3 stories above underhouse garages and may exceed 3000 square feet. These homes feature the finest of fixtures and exquisite workmanship. Seaside Plantationis blessed with excellent schools. They area: Harbor View Elementary School, James Island Middle School and James Island High School.
