The following home inspection companies in the Charleston area have proven to us that they are covered by Errors and Omission Insurance - Please note the expiration date for their Errors & Omissions (E&O) Ins. E&O policies are for one year - we only update this form once or twice a year - you will want to check with the individual inspection company if their date has passed to be sure they have renewed their insurance. Most inspectors are a one man company & therefore do not have workman's comp. insurance.
